Would a system granting power for having sex with a non-humanoid as a non-humanoid be appealing to readers for its uniqueness or is it too different?

Would a human turning into an animal to have sex with an animal or an animal turning into a human to have sex with a human, be considered crossing Scribblehub’s line of no bestiality? Or is it all about if all parties committing the acts are sapient?
I read a story on Scribble Hub where the Mc was a succubus and had ‘fun’ with some wolves. It’s still up, so the fact that the wolves gained sapience must have pushed it away from crossing the line.

There is entire worlds difference between magical beasts who have at least human level intelligence and sapience and animals, and even then writing smut scenes of two animal bodies/human animal, no matter how intelligence or sapience is just gross. Look, if you want to write romance between two mystical, magical or whatever sapient creature you want, write it, but if you want to add smut to it, just turn them into humans or something.
