This aside, how have all of you been? I’ve decided to expand again, but more on the line that. I’m becoming tired of RoyalRoad.

In all honesty, it looks to be becoming an even more toxic place. Been noticing this trend throughout 2024.

Before, it was certain times of the year. Though, through 2024 to now. It looks to have become just too toxic, and the members look to be downplaying it, or not even noticing it.

Either way, I’ve just been searching platforms for a while now.

And found myself back here, the place looks even better than when I was last here.

Anyway, how have you all been? ?

It is just something I noticed. To be honest, I haven’t even seen the mods on in 2024 I believe. Usually, they’d be on now and then.

Their support is still fast, but it kinda feels like they are pushing aside the toxicity of the platform.

It has been a cesspit since the Google contract.

There were fewer complaints about their rating system than it has been before they took a few more levels in [Greed], but it is mostly because most people realized that the moderation doesn't give a damn about readers or writers, just for the corporate money lines. Or maybe, MJ banned them all. That's also an option.

Last I remember, they made a partnership. The last notable ban I noticed was with ThisAdamGuy. I think his name was.

MJ might be acting under orders of Wing and Kana, so not sure how much he can be faulted in that.

Though, the bans have been questionable. The one I mentioned, the guy. He was pretty mild, and a good person on the forums.

Which is strange, since in my experience the whole time. He wasn’t really argumentative.

And he wasn’t the first, there were quite a bit of bans for whatever reason.
On another hand, I noticed Scribblehub still has an update problem. As in, the updated stats of your story may not show, or gets mixed up, regresses, etc.

Two ways to adjust this.

1. Make a release.

2. Update a story part.

Yeah, but he ain’t ban worthy. At most gets a bit heated, but he’s fine. I’ve seen them let a lot worse go.
