Is it just me or are the mass-produced novels on the rise lately?

Read a couples of chapters of the groups of new novels (under 6-month-old), the ones that churning out chapter daily or every few days. I got the feeling that these are either Ai-assisted or Ai-generated. The fast-food-like novels that have no goal, no end game, rambling on and on for the sake of prolonging the premise in hope of attracting more patreon and paypall pay.

But you don't have any proof that they are Ai-generated do you? I think most people that use AI in their writing are upfront about it. Also there is a thread about this whether Ai novels should be banned, and Tony had a post in there as things he looks out for.

Do you think Scribblehub should ban ai generated novels?

No. They are not.

Someone get me a list of 10 AI-generated novels that have even a tiny bit of readership (in the hundreds) and have at least an average rating of 3 or, dare I say, 3.5 out of 5.

Then we can talk. AI-generated stories have no coherency between story bits and chapters. Wake me up when September ends there is an AI-written story with a 100-chapter count and it doesn't feel like a fever dream.

I upload on webnovel twice a day... I haven't gotten accused of an AI yet, or an AI-user. Being upfront though, I haven't tried using AI yet in my published work. I was trying it recently, and it was darn difficult to make the story coherent. I was surprised though, AI had a tendency to be more creative than me. Not to mention that they would rarely make grammar mistakes.

I tried just paraphrasing it and it does help a lot because my grammar and sentence structure is just a mess
