Backstory

Villager A is a newlywed farmer, and he lives with his wife Cici in the countryside. Although farm work can be tough, he is youthful and optimistic about the future. While perfectly healthy, he has no experience fighting or killing anything. The most he has ever done is slaughter a chicken for dinner. However, he is eager to defend is family and protect his wife! Don't underestimate his determination and resolve! You never know when a farmhand grows up to be a hero!

I was going to make them steampunk, but they can't go aboveground as Gods wouldn't tolerate their forbidden knowledge. That would be why they wanted us, adventurers, to establish a branch there, to get information about the above world, and some other things such as luxuries items exclusive for the above world.

But watery already has water manipulation down to a tee? Making herself cold to make ice and hot to make a water vapor is within watery capability. Thus, she can make the ideal temperature to make tea.

nope. the mechanic is that she had to transfer heat from one section to others. So, if she want to freeze a part of her body, some part of her must be raised too.
