Though this likely will be swamped by other forum posts, does anyone know which quest are non-repeatable? and if they aren't too... I guess lore important, mind if I take a crack at them? though it's not hard to go between the 9 pages of quests we have, it's still a bit unnerving to find a quest that appears to be one-offs but doesn't appear to have anyone taking up said quest.

If it is non-repeatable, it is usually written on the quest itself. other than that, just remember that some users are no longer active, so pay attention to that.

Depend on who evaluate it, of course. Personally, if it has to be evaluated by that person, ignore it if that person is not active.
