Fuyu Machi was to be introduced as the next high ranking region but well. I just feel people aren't all that interested IC in it other than Haxa.

I feel like most people are more than happy to have new regions introduced to the game. It's good for the game in the long run to have more options available and stuff~

I mean, if I were to speak about Nene only, she has a ridiculously small amount of quests she can take when compared to everyone, and I already planned her to go to Gelderholm once I'm done with Scribel, as that one is more of her calling... Will she go to Fuyu? I dunno? Depends if I find nice quests there... And well, considering I only play on weekends, it's gonna take months before I go there even if I do.

So uhn... Me? I'm not that invested in it, but I still want the region to become a thing~

I think nobody wants an oni attack to happen. High rank threats going after Scribel shouldn't be done most of the time... I mean, sure, it can happen from time to time to make fun events and what not, but it'll probably need to be planned in advance and not have it happen so near another event. (Like Slime Raid)

So... Oni attack probably won't happen.

I wanna open a rumor zone, a place we can post fake and real rumors alike.

There may be classification on the rumors and the poster have to write where you can hear the rumors.

Let's start with General Rumors, they don't mention specific names of people. And it could be about anything from "the new dish available in the tavern" to "a war will break out in the human empire". Those rumors can be forgotten or get updated from the old ones.

The next one will be for the Well-Known aka rumors for NPC and PC. It's require the character is well-known in a specific area/region, theirs rumors will can be different from place to place. After all, the people who knows them are different as well.

Then we have the Legends or Old Belief, stories which each local people or member of a group knows, something that could be related on how it came to be or an old local belief of what could bring you good or bad fortune.

I loved this idea!!! I really want to see it happen now!!!!

Is there a particular way you want things to be resolved or addressed? I really don't want to undo anything that you've put a lot of effort into, because you've definitely invested the most into the NPCs and plot in Fuyu Machi.

IMO, I think the easiest solution is for Sora to promise to make a lot of talismans for Scribel City and just guild a branch set up ASAP.

Although tbh I was surprised when you had them reject the letter that was sent to them because you could have put almost anything in it.

That's actually one of my least favourite weapons...you can't slash with it, you can't defend with it, you can barely parry with it, it has little durability...
The only things a rapier are really any good at are piercing and thrusting, tbh.
You need exceptional control and hand-to-eye coordination to be able to fully utilise a rapier.

Just my opinion on it, though.
I imagine @Quaesitor will correct me on any mistakes I've mentioned.

The best way to get AG to make a branch in Fuyu is to get rid of Slime Horde, and add more benefits, or more constraints, or more pressure.

Luna is going to come back soon, and she could play the role of Merchant Guild to spice things up, if need be.

For now, Solet is going to suffer for a while.

I think Rapiers can cut and parry just fine actually? And defend too...

I mean, if you use those pointy sticks for modern fencing, then they're basically useless indeed, but Rapiers aren't that bad AFAIK~

Though well, I don't understand much about weapons in general, I just think rapiers look pretty and generally feel nice when used in novels and animes and stuff~

But as its balance is very close to the hilt, it is extremely easy to steer the tip, and its weight is enough to parry one-handed weapons alone, and if you take a parrying dagger, you can block or barry two-handed weapons by using them both. A great defense, however, remains your range as a rapier, being one-handed, gives you a greater range than a two-handed weapon of the same length.

Anyway, you need exceptional control and hand-to-eye coordination with every single kind of sword there is.

No need to worry - you probably confused a fencing foil with a rapier, I'd assume, which is very common nowadays.

it's not that Fuyu Machi isn't needed and I think everyone likes it, but it's like a world built on your own, a personal story which our player don't want to mess it up.
If you are talking about holes, it just the setting doesn't suit fit together (Adventure Guilds and Fuyu Muchi) and I think everyone wanted it to be loop-free?

Though I mostly think the orc and slime horde timing shouldn't be done at the same time.
