Introduction
This is the thread for you to put your NPCs. Currently, there are not many extensive rules about what kind of NPCs you can make, but you should be mindful about the power level of your NPCs.

Generally speaking, the population of the world of Tonia is distributed so that there are 10 times less people every rank you go up.

• Unranked people - 98% of the population (~98 out of 100 people)
• Rank E people - 1% of the population (~1 out of 100 people)
• Rank D people - 0.1% of the population (~1 out of 1000 people)
• Rank C people - 0.01% of the population (~1 out of 10,000 people)
• Rank B people - 0.001% of the population (~1 out of 100,000 people)
• Rank A people - 0.0001% of the population (~1 out of 1,000,000 people)
• Rank S people - 0.00001% of the population (~1 out of 10,000,000 people)

You can use this rule-of-thumb to estimate how strong your NPCs should be.

For instance, if we estimate that the Holy Human Empire has a population of 1 million, then there should be only one Rank A character (NPC) in the entire empire. Similarly speaking, if you estimate that Asteria Village has a population of 500 people, then there shouldn't be a village chieftan who is greater than Rank E.

If you estimate that Scribel City employs 200 City Guards (Unranked), then the 10% rule means that there shouldn't be any greater than 20 Rank E guard captains, or 2 Rank D commanders.

Rules:

• By default, NPCs in this thread are for public use.
• Please clearly state if an NPC is for personal / private use.
• Please include the location where your NPC is typically found.

I kind of agree with Renne here.

Honestly people should not be abusing the ???? skill level too much, because for many people they are basically implying their character is Rank SSSSSS. For OOC purposes, I would like to see their rank/level explicitly stated.

The same is true for skills, but IMO it's not necessary to list skills for NPCs.

I generally think it's not required for most NPCs. For instance, Shiori does not need a detailed skill list.

Add it if you want, however expanded personality is absolutely critical for NPC character sheets, since other players are using them.

If you made the character, generally you should try to fill as much as possible. Basically, you are responsible for maintaining their sheet.
