Well, technically we just had a brief chat while we were lining up at the Guild's Reception Desk. Adventurers gotta be noisy everywhere right?
It's more for the sake of organization, so that Reception Desk wouldn't be crowded with conversations between adventurers.

The conversation inside the Tavern isn't always inside the Tavern, but they usually are.

So most of you might be aware that we all have a pretty good idea what Scribel city is like... it quite easy to gasp since it mainly a generic medi fantasy city, there is a bunch of pubs, a temple etc etc

My character had just left for Gelderholm and I find it harder to picture, perhaps its due to the lack of traffic, or all the quest happen on the war front... so the city itself lacks definition.

But even so reading other people's reports really helped...
For that reason, I added a colourized column for Regions on the quest log, so if anyone want to look up reports on a region they can find it quickly.

That said, I might be writing a lot about the setting of the city of Gelderholm since Zozo will be living there for a bit. and also no one have said otherwise. And as this is a consensus reality, feel free to conflict with Zozo 's account of Gelderholm
In my vision, it's a mixture of Stormwind from WoW and the picture in the Quest Board. They would be mostly underground and have some fortress up above ground.

OCC: Yup this is a OP NPC which will give quest from time to time... Ahahaha... I'm sorry~

PS: the image is not mine!!!
Oh, I only saw this now, but please avoid making OP NPCs as much as possible.

The primary reason why there is a power level restriction on players is to make the world stable. If there are lots of mountain-shattering characters walking around, in completely throws any sense of stability of in the world, which has a negative impact on the setting (and quest boards). This applies to NPCs as well.

Out of fairness, the best I can say is to simply not make OP characters at all.
