Interesting... it seems that its harder to gloss over minor details when writing in first person...
Depends on the character you're writing, I suppose.

AH~ but of course!Depends on the character you're writing, I suppose.
I mean, if the character doesn't care, you shouldn't write it down.AH~ but of course!
'-'But then I can't enjoy a night with someone else!![]()
Unreliable narrator!I mean, if the character doesn't care, you shouldn't write it down.
Nah, that's bad stuff. Someone other than myself.'-'

Yeah, I created my own dilemma... zozo need to stop caring about the details, and him intrested in everything and how they work is truning him in to a swiss army knife...I mean, if the character doesn't care, you shouldn't write it down.
Oh, I see.Nah, that's bad stuff. Someone other than myself.
At some point, a human mind can't remember it all. Maybe have him realize that?Yeah, I created my own dilemma... zozo need to stop caring about the details, and him intrested in everything and how they work is truning him in to a swiss army knife...

Speaking of this, what do you guys prefer 1st or 3rd person writing?

Well, essentially haven't left the house since a month - partially cause I was sick with a common cold. But I can still legally leave the house, while at most meeting one person from another household.
...which is a problem, because Exal isn't human XDDD@Nahrenne I spend more time than I'd like learning about jewellery making in the middle ages...
, good idea....
To be honest, writing in 1st person is easier to me with the characters I make for myself. But depending on what I want to achieve, 3rd person still is the right choice.Speaking of this, what do you guys prefer 1st or 3rd person writing?

Boris announced earlier this evening that only essential shops - like ones that provide food - are to remain open.
Gatherings are to be no more than 2 people.
Leaving the house should be for only buying essential things, helping a vulnerable family member, or due to work needing you to leave the house for it.

There's nothing wrong with that.@Nahrenne I spend more time than I'd like learning about jewellery making in the middle ages...
I find it easier to write in third, since I can describe other people's thoughts/actions/tone of voice without it feeling incongruous to the main character.Speaking of this, what do you guys prefer 1st or 3rd person writing?
Mm...*pokes again*
Essentially the same as here, I see.
as long as they don’t break in n steal mah foodMm...
The government has given police the power to enforce this new policy for those who go against it.

Oh, I don't think that's really the case here yet. But, depending on how people follow the restrictions, that might change.Mm...

I don't think it would get to that point.as long as they don’t break in n steal mah food
Well...we're having more deaths than Italy had by this point...so it's become a necessity to delay infections.Oh, I don't think that's really the case here yet. But, depending on how people follow the restrictions, that might change.
