Now, onto the interesting yet concerning news. During our stay, I went to obtain some information regarding the surrounding of Scribel City, and, to my surprise, it seemed that the previously slumbering Slime Horde had started to move again. Unfortunately, the direction it approached was directly at us, Scribel City.

Other Requirements: "Gather Materials: Lumber" needs to be cleared first.
Objectives:

• Craft some furniture to substitute the stuff that is breaking down in the orphanage.
• Floor, Walls and Roof were already repaired, so it's recommended to focus on other parts.

Description: Many of the orphanage parts are breaking down, going from windows all the way to the floor. While a complete repair of the building is too far-fetched right now, we would like to at least repair the things that are on a terrible shape.
Feel free to use the materials already available at the orphanage to do so. If any other materials are needed, you may buy them and Nene will cover the costs.
However, if the material is too expensive, please contact Nene first so that she can issue a quest for the gathering of said material.

Objectives:

• Bring me any magical material that could be used as the main source of sorcery conductor for my plan to create my first staff! The gem must at least be ice-type, and with any additional affection with other Elements, there will be a bonus. If the affection for Ice Element exceeded ordinary grade, then there will also be a bonus.

Description: A staff is, although not absolutely necessary, an essential part of a great sorceress. With my goal to travel to Gelderholm, I needed to make a preparation plan. After all, those hydra minions will surely help me learn more about the world. Don't worry, bring out the best gem, I have the money to rewards you all!

• Gold: At least 50 G, increased with any additional objectives met.

Find the exact location of the collapsing part of the city in regards to the surface Find out if there is any hidden reason for the collapse. Don't make the collapsing section any worse! Mark rotten supports along the way.

Recently an adventurer went down into the sewers and whilst exterminating the large rats down there found a section of the tunnel that appeared like it was going to collapse. We need the exact area where the collapsing section is so please go and find it
