You could try the golden rose association, but they're less of a criminal syndicate and more like a destructive evil organisation, doing things for no reason, being involved in demons.

At least in my reports, they never really involved with the demons tho.

Sure, why not? Their purpose for the moment is doing it for the money, so they could pretty much do anything that could benefit them.

Do I need to make a new character sheet for my character if I make Exal construct a completely new personality to infiltrate a criminal network with?

Don't you just need a new spoiler under the "Personality" part and another under the "Appearance" parts? The rest is the same, isn't it?

So, I made the power structure of the Spire Reef sea as the Black Sea, where Seven Pirate Kings, also known as the Scourge of the Seven Seas, ruled over with their iron fist regime. The Black Sea, encompassed an extremely large amount of water body, got sliced into 7 parts, each ruled by the Seven Pirate Kings. Only one Pirate King was named at the moment, named One-Eyed Snake King.

The main focus of the guild would be the event where the Seven Pirate Kings came in contact with the Underwater Kingdom of Merfolks, Sirens, Naga etc. where they sought to trade and make peace on the surface. However, underneath the peace treaty, they tried to obtain "the great artefact that protected their kingdom from the King of the Black Sea, the Kraken". That's the overall situation I thought about, is it big and expansive enough for a region?

The link isn't working that well, but I assume you mean the first image in the registration page?

It's fine to set something I guess, but you can expect people in the future to write it differently and have conflicting reports about what it looks like.

Hmm... to be honest I am expecting something like a library entry for the guild building. It made no sense unless everyone's sense is different.

Maybe, someday we could have a mantis shrimp beastman who could punch in supersonic velocity and see the world in different color.

No I literally said there is Medieval European and than there are parts that are Eastern and other such compared to the home world of the character that I'm from which is based nearly entirely on our Modern world. Plus it's also building material differences and what not not just the style!

Ohko's idea is that nobody should feel forced to read the library and/or previous reports to play, so... Expect inconsistencies to happen no matter what~

Maybe just assume that every adventurer will see the adventurer guild in different location, different style of building, different color, etc. including the evaluator, so what someone writes cannot be comprehended or something by others.

I was going for the tsundere kind of personality...you know, tough on the outside but soft and kind on the inside - since I was using that named one in the library but forgot his name and thought that he wouldn't give it unless Liana asked for it, which she didn't...
Oh well, not like Liana cares that much since she was only using the kitchens to avoid Hejlikka and keep her mind off the quadruple murder she committed.

I know there's an another report that hasn't been appraised but I'm going to bed so they'll just have to wait for someone else to do it.

There're also the demonic cults that are kidnapping children and priests for demon summonings/sacrifices/rituals
There's also the organisation that a guy called Leon seems to be a part of - check the reports from the character Cassel for that. (Can't remember the player's name)

If anything, he sees her as food and something to amuse himself with.
He doesn't see her as a person - hence why he always calls her 'little kitty' and not her actual name.
The reasons why he provides 'food'...well you might find out later.
