I think they live underground, but @Vanus introduced them.

They live wherever! So long as there is room and they don't get beat up by others. Like they "supposedly" got kicked out of Gelderholm by the dwarves. They get beaten back to their caves in the mountains by an unknown enemy regularly and have come out early. That's about it.
