I don't think there is a way to make it open for public editing but I'm not sure, I'm new to the platform as well. Either way, we can have multiple editors so that it's easier for us to manage.

Actually, I found out that there's only one other slot.

If someone wants to volunteer taking an active role in developing the wiki, I'll probably remove @kilnareth and replace them with someone else.

Alternatively, I could just share my password haha (this was supposed to be a shared account on SHF anyways)

I can probably do editing and adding stuff during weekends so I won't mind if someone takes over as the editor if they have more free time.

Can we add more bullshit in the wiki with no reference to reports or do we need a reference first, post it in the library, then add it to the wiki?

Reference > Library > Wiki

I think that's probably the fairest way to to do it.

I kind of want to avoid the feeling of a single individual "owning" the world, or getting too carried away with intensive worldbuilding in a fashion that excludes other players from feeling like they are a part of the process.

I guess they can be a supporting reference?

The primary source should be at least one quest report -- although any amount of content (e.g. from tavern, freestyle, etc) can be added as supporting references.
