Well a change the disease Creation to Magic

While Spatial Manipulation to teleport.

I also erase Undead Creation since it seems to create misunderstanding.

It is ok?

You can make your character any way that you want!

If they have one “strong” skill, then they are automatically rank A or above.

IMO, anything that involves summoning an army or limitless mind control or teleporting insta-kills... they’re either “strong” or “OP”.

Consequently if you want your character to be rank B, make sure they aren’t stronger than a “good/skilled/talented” mage — who might be able to cast a Grand Fireball — but certainly not a meteor shower Armageddon!

You could also make the NPC a fallen demon lord, and demon lord who lost her powers so she’s significantly weakened...

There’s lots of options!

Raising corpse? Of already dead beings Present in the area?

Yup! That’s better!

Now add some kind of energy limit or condition so it isn’t infinite summoning! For example, you can make her tired the more she summons, or there needs to be a blood sacrifice for each summon!

People who Die Peacefully or no regrets won't respond to the spell unless the spirit is willing to come back by its self.
