Gelderholm is north, found by following Scribel River north then following the north-western river fork of Prisoner's Knoll through snowy mountains.

Golden Rose, Crimson Coins... Then Tigger recently brought the Misers... And there was another that the Crimson Coins were fighting against, though I forgot if they were exterminated or not.

So uhn... 2-4 depending on how you look at it I guess?

At least from the top of my head there are those.

Don't ask me how the city hasn't imploded yet, I dunno.

It was said in some reports to be linked to demon rituals/summoning where the kids would be possessed by the demons.

"Apologies for the delay, mister Reival. We have contacted the guard and asked about the situation of your training, and we were told that you ended up leaving the training camp early due to some misunderstandings that were caused by the negligene of the head officer that was conducting the training.

"A formal complaint was issued due to him not properly explaining the details of the training to the trainees, as well as putting you in danger with a mock battle that wasn't properly regulated. We also noted that you deemed his behavior as unprofessional, but we couldn't say much more than that as you did not give us the details to put a proper charge against him.

"Regardless of all that, the training was supposed to last a whole week and the exam would only occur at the end of that period of time, not at the end of the first day, so I will need to fail your quest, mister Reival... Is what I would say in normal circumstances, but the guardsmen gave us an official letter that praised you both for your combat capabilities, leadership, ability to adapt to unusual situations and teamwork. Therefore they would like us to give you a pass even though you did not go through the entire course. Especially because it was their fault to some extent as the leading officer did not explain that the mock battle was not the final exam, nor did he remind you that the training would last a whole week.

"With those circumstances in mind, we decided that their word should be the final one as they will be the ones working with you in the future, so congratulations on passing your exam, mister Reival.

"That said, the quest explicitly listed the training would last a whole week, so we cannot give you full rewards, but the quest will still be deemed as cleared nonetheless. Congratulations.

"May the gods give you better luck with future coworkers, and the attention to carefully list the quest prompts."

And uhn... I'm honestly not 100% sure if you did mean that a whole week passed or not, but the only part that kinda looked like it involved the passage of time was this:

Which reaaaaaaaally didn't look like a week-long timeskip, hence why I had to deduct the rewards as it looked like you went there for only one day, did a mock battle and went home... >.>

The most common reason mentioned so far was the demon cult that was trying to put demons within the bodies of children for reasons yet unknown.

Often times they failed though, making the children become dust or something.

If it makes you feel better, I also was unsure about the passage of time when I read it.

Because different demons do different things! Like both Nene and AIEO have deamons doing different things to them.
