I did. In an earlier quest. I know we're going for freedom in reports where things can contrast, but there needs to be the basic things that are set in stone.

I am not suppose to know that. Tell that to @ohko that some things need to be set in stone.

Also, don't you think this conversation is quite silly over a single quest?

I would not be having this convo if there was not a dumb evaluation of the quest.

Forgive me, for Chemistry and Biology, is not my greatest asset, but, organic matter, when digested by anaerobic bacteria, would produce methane. There is also Hydrogen Sulfide in wastewater. Sure, it's harder to explode than a modern sewer, but the chance is still there.

You are kind of correct but open sewers by definition would not let methane to linger. Besides it is a fantasy world and after a point this just gets absurd. Also the things you guys have dreamt of are an arsonist dream.

You know what, to demonstrate the absurdity of what you guys want to declare for a fantasy world when it is unrealistic at best even for real world, I will write something in tavern. I hope @ohko you like it, it can probably start a new event.

Well, I'm no expert, and sewer explosion is something like a fantasy at this point. It's so hard to make it happen, even with all the coincidences. I just said that it was possible, but it probably was improbable.

But sure, if it could be a new event then I'm fine with pushing the issue lol.

You know what is absurd? My post for slime murder in sewers also had fire magic and no one had issues.
That might indicate that perhaps, it is not common sense.

Individual evaluators have different grading criteria. Some like @Omnifarious and @Vanus are your bad cops, but do great jobs anyway. Then there's people like me who just mark the report as complete as long as the contents aren't rubbish. There's no need to have this conversation in the first place over how people grade quests and what---you could have gotten a fail rather quickly and had the time to write another, or you could have waited several hours and gotten failed anyway.

It's a failed report. We've all been there.

I have an idea:

There can be NPCs in the libary and in a seperate NPC thread, BUT!

Npcs in the library
Either have to be:

• Important to the town of Scribel or other towns (This way everyone can incorporate them into the quests)
• Important to an event or multiple quests (not just one!)
• These NPCs are all public domain
• Important to the history of Scribel/ Other towns

Seperate NPC thread:

• Everything else
• Add a box that says what a person is able and not able to do with the npc
• EG:

• Can	Cannot
  Use in quests	Kill him/her

• The character must have appeared in at least 2 quests/ freestyle rps.
• Very minor characters are to not be included : Exception is when a very minor character starts appearing in a lot of quests.

I am only going to declare those two and generic townspeople dead. Rosa will live. I will leave all the other npc's living status to their creators and super public npc's to collective vote of everyone.

I'm actually planning a character thats somewhat similar to that. He's gonna be a modified human detective .

I feel like the tavern itself shouldn't be a place for fights. It should be like a neutral ground, a place for only celebration. Sure we have the odd tavern fist fight here and there but no one should die.

I think I have failed or punished 1/3 of the quests I've approved of so that's why I is bad cop~

Tavern is for drunken brawling and blackjack. Maybe some hookers and some strippers ya know.
