The party decides to search the bandit camp for any useful supplies, weapons, or clues. Thalia, familiar with the bandits' habits and stash locations, leads the search.

The group presses on, determined to find the tablet and continue their quest for the Quill of Destiny.

"The Quill of Destiny lies within the heart of the Echoing Caves, hidden deep within the Forgotten Fen. Without the key, it will never show itself. To retrieve it, one must also solve the riddles of the cave guardians and prove their worth. Only the pure heart and the clever mind will succeed. Beware the shadows that linger, for they guard the Quill with their lives."

Nuon: "This book mentions that the Quill is in the Echoing Caves, protected by riddles and guardians. It also warns about shadows that guard it. We'll need to be prepared for anything, and if I am not mistaken, the tablet Fiddlesticks discovered may be more than just a clue!"

Nuon (with a playful smile): "You know, it's rare to meet someone as skilled and courageous as you. Your presence has brought a new strength to our party."

Thalia was caught off guard by the sudden attention, but she couldn't help but be drawn into Nuon's mesmerizing performance. As Nuon's heartfelt words intertwine with the enchanting melody, an atmosphere of intimacy and trust fills the air. Thalia feels a faint flush in her cheeks as she listens, sensing a deepening connection with Nuon.

Thalia: "Nuon, I... I didn't expect this. But I can't deny the impact you've had on me. You've given me a new purpose, and I won't let you down."

Nuon leaned forward, gently placing her hand on Thalia's, and their eyes met in a moment of unspoken understanding. The bond between them seemed to glow with ethereal light as if it had been infused with magical energy, ensuring that Thalia's loyalty and dedication to their shared quest would never waver.

Nuon (softly): "I'm glad to hear that, Thalia. Let's face whatever comes next together, side by side."

Journey to the Forgotten Fen​

With Thalia’s guidance, the party decides to follow the hidden route on the map. The path, overgrown and seldom used, winds through dense forest and across trickling streams. The air is thick with the scent of pine and moss, and the sounds of distant wildlife accompany their journey.

Nuon leads the way, her senses attuned to the natural beauty around them. Thalia sits right behind her on her otter, leaning closely against her, scanning the surroundings for any signs of danger. Fiddlesticks bring up the rear, his eyes sharp for any traps or hidden threats.

Arrival at the Ancient Ruin​

As the sun begins to set, casting a golden hue over the landscape, the party arrives at the location Fiddlesticks had mentioned. Instead of a simple cave, they find themselves standing before an ancient ruin, its stone walls covered in intricate carvings and runes. The entrance to the ruin is a large, arched doorway, partially concealed by overgrown vines and moss.

Nuon feels a strange resonance as they approach the ruin. A faint, melodic hum fills the air, vibrating through her very being. It’s as if the ruin itself is singing a song only she can hear. She places a hand on the stone wall, feeling the vibrations and sensing the ancient magic within.

Nuon: "This place... it’s alive with magic. I can feel it."

The others watch as Nuon steps closer to the entrance, her eyes drawn to a tablet embedded in the wall beside the doorway. The tablet is covered in ancient runes, glowing faintly with a mystical light. Nuon’s fingers trace the carvings, and suddenly, the runes shift and change, becoming readable only to her.

Nuon: "The tablet... it’s speaking to me."

The Tablet's Message​

The words on the tablet shimmer and glow as Nuon reads them aloud, her voice carrying an almost musical quality.

Tablet's Inscription: "Only those who prove their worth through a performance that amuses and entertains shall be granted passage. Each must contribute to the show, for the magic door will only open to those deemed worthy by the spirits of creativity."

Nuon turns to the others, her eyes shining with excitement and determination.

Nuon: "We have to perform. Each of us must give a show that amuses the spirits guarding this door. Only then will it open for us."

Thalia and Fiddlesticks exchange glances, understanding the importance of the task ahead. They nod in agreement, ready to rise to the challenge.

Nuon's hand goes into Thalia's-

Nuon will be behind the scenes, because she needs to play and narrate, Fiddlesticks can play the role of... Let's say a young King and his Adviser (they are madly in love with eachother), Thalia will be the Queen, who married the man not out of love, but out of need. The Queen will be the one, who, upon learning the Adviser's love for her husband, stabs them both in the back. While both man are- err... Having a chat on the same bed.
