Add another grouping on the front page of the main website for novel spotlighting

Below "Trending" and "Latest Series" add a new line where random works are displayed based on the site's tags or genres. Like every time the front page reloads as a new tag/genre and it pulls a random list. Like a lazy persons limited series finder. I ask so it can help stories that get overlooked as they aren't brand spanking-new or trending or don't/can't upload consistently enough to be seen on the "Latest Updates".

Let's admit it. There are some people who find it a hassle and a waste of a calorie to click on extra buttons for the series finder. I just want to streamline a bit of that process. We who have abs on top of abs, on our fingers, should empathize with them.
