Anyone know a novel like that, every novel I found was either time skip to adulthood or just memory transplant

Technically So I'm A Spider So What, but the mc isn't human. It does show a little bit of some human reincarnators going from baby to adult though.

Pretty hard to follow the plot though, depending on whether you started with the webnovel, lightnovel, manga, or anime. since on the anime and (I think) the webnovel, it swaps between future and present, while the manga (and I presume lightnovel) go by chronological order of events

The light novel doesn't follow chronological order, though I don't believe the plot is harder to follow.

ah well, swapped WN and LN. When I say hard to follow plot, I'm saying specifically LN, since well, you try figuring out whether you are in future or present with only words that don't mention it

Fair, I suppose. I find the non-linear storytelling rather interesting due to the mystical atmosphere it contributes to.

Yeah it does add the "what effects did the dumb thing MC did have on the future?"
although it tends to be not done, since it can be sometimes hard to make sure have both timelines match up, should the author get an idea to do smth that would effect the already predetermined thing that was mentioned previously

On scribblehub there's Singer Sailor Merchant Mage, which I've, paused indefinitely, but it seemed decent, and also Reincarnation of Alysara, though the author seems to be re-writing that one and it's gonna take a long while. There's still a pretty good chunk of story there.
