It all depends on how descriptive you want to be. You don't want to repeat the same word too much, even if it's anatomically correct. So, have to use different ways to express what you want. Bell, length, walls, heat, core, and soft lumps are some of my favorites to use in romance scenes. I don't even consider it smut anymore, just love.

Especially since my stories aren't focused on smut, just something that happens because of the romance.

Yet, I don't really like honey, or nectar terms for lubrication. Hmm, what do I call mine? I wonder.
