A Question About A Deleted Novel

Apparently, the novel "Death of the Party [Zombie Villainess LitRPG] has been deleted. I'm not a fan or anything that worships it. I'm simply curious as to why a novel that was once popular in Scribble Hub has been deleted. I just learned about it recently, so it may be old news to some of you.

Their novel is still up on RoyalRoad, I read through it before and I think I know why they deleted it here. Image hosting on SH is too tedious to do

Assuming it's not caused by third-party restrictions, it's probably just inconvenience of managing releases on another platform.
