I'm looking for a collaborative editor to provide feedback on chapters for my action-fantasy, "Kalki: The Ashes." The story blends mythic and drama.

I need help with polish, pacing, and overall reading flow. In return, I'm happy to offer the same work for you.

If you enjoy epic tales and have a sharp eye for detail, please message me!

if you dont offer money then dont ask for editors chump, unless your book is incredible and gains enough popularity that someone is willing to do it for free don't go asking ridiculous things like these

Authors collaborating and acting as editor for each other is far from ridiculous. It can be tricky to land on someone who will provide the same quality and quantity of feedback as you want/are capable of.

Usually it's best to ask for these things in writer's circles.

Like this person says. Editing is HARD work, especially for story flow. You'd be best served by asking for a collaboration, or if you offer your OWN services as editor for their works in exchange for their services.

Or you can ask an AI to do it, but expect to spend at least several months learning the right way to ask so it won't utterly screw up your story.

I prefer to brainstorm myself to evaluate my fiction. Others may be reliable, but they can't always be relied upon.

He offered an equivalent reward in the form of critique of the fiction. I suppose if both parties agree, the reward doesn't always have to be monetary.

How much should it cost? Actually, I am new to this.

Yeah AI degrades the essence of the story, used it, but too many adjectives and explanations

I dont know if you're joking or not but critique is not equivalent to the hard work of editing a book.

Extremely sorry about that, actually meant also just pointing out some mistakes like that, not editing the whole book
