Ravenous Devils. It's basically Sweeny Todd but as a tailor. Was all right but watching the same animation for "preparing meat" got a little weird and gruesome.

Probably Resonance of Fate/End of Eternity (it has one or the other name depending on region). Released for Xbox 360 but its timing of the release obfuscated its existence for many people, plus a strange initial difficulty curve.
All I have to say is, Barberella and Garilgliano are an interesting pair of characters.

iirc it was either a shooter where you played as Adolf Hitler fighting anime girls, or you played as an anime girl fighting adolf hitlers, I can’t remember

Yes! It was kind of funny growing up my family didn't have game consoles we just played on computers so I played all kinds of wild titles but I basically had no knowledge of mainstream gaming stuff like Sonic or Mario until I was a teenager and bought the systems myself.

Interestingly, google talks about some weird game where you play as a plumber and battle through a world of angry flowers and turtles to try and save a kingdom of talking mushrooms. That seems like a weird one.
