It really amazes me that someone went to the effort of getting an AI to summarise a specific scene like that without realising that doing so makes the message look more dodgy and not less dodgy. Like, I can't imagine an actual person ever writing that section, it describes a literal scene in excessive detail without any of the context that made it memorable... and humans don't really do that. They say why a scene stuck with them.
Not to mention, "Author <name>" smells of LLM output trained on templates from a translated SEA language... it's horribly unnatural in English

Yeah, well I got an AI written review on one of my stories, and then the person asked me to go read and review their own work. I never mentioned AI, but I did ask her if she wrote the review, and she said "I didn't use AI." ............

It's a poorly made and easily recognized bot. It writes a message according to a common template, maybe uses AI for some things like the scene summary if it actually comes from your story, but the rest is a cookie cutter "I'm an artist who will make you a cover for cheap" scam I have seen many times in this site without ever writing a single chapter.
A lot of fluff to butter you up, and then the "cover art" hook. Classic.
