The thing is like this.
My sis wrote a short horror fic. It ended with a sentence like this.
"...The two looked up in horror as the moonlight reflected it with a big baby bag."
So when I discussed it with my friend (the guy), I said it was a nut sack (because I know my sis and her lil yaoi fangirling brain). Besides, baby bag is the most common slang for ball sack.
He said it was a womb because technically you don't carry baby in your testicles, you carry sperms. From sperm to baby, it requires a process. Moreover, he cited the trend within the Yaoi fangirl community lately. The cuntboy fever was still going and strong. Hence, if my sis was an avid yaoi girl, she would follow the trend.
