After years of Introspection, I am certain I am the type that get immersed easily, bored easily, and detached easily. I can't even remember the plot of the Cdrama I watched just an hour ago. Blessings or a curse? I can always rewatch or reread anything as though it's fresh but I can't retain anything within immersion.

I'm curious what would happen if I forced myself to dedicate it to studying and writing. Like, is that even possible? Wake up to study, not memorizing but like studying a subject down to its first principle and reconstructing it from there. Then, before sleep, write until bedtime.

That sounds like a novel idea. The next question would be, how could you apply the knowledge you gain? Not just in the stuff you write, but in the day-to-day. I have found that this helps with retention immensely, especially with mathematical concepts. One of the best tools that grade school math gave me was Pythagorean Theorem, especially with electricity and power poles. You have a certain amount of ground clearance to set up a line, for instance, but NEMA regulations say it needs to be a specific line length for a given pole height. Do you have the space on the ground, or do you need to rethink the setup? Stuff like that.

Go for it! Get some walks in though. Bring a notebook along for them.

As a metric, I'd try to accumulate as many 30 min blocks of focus as you can, rather than engaging in negative self talk for not getting 15 hours of focus in. Just pile up those blocks. It's a positivist framing.

The study of mathematics is done through this concept.

People just cant be literate tbh even if they can read and write

Well, I spent 5 years of my life in constructing my own philosophy and self-hood. Somehow, the insights I gain can be used in multiple domains. The very act of taking a shower can sometimes be used as an analogy for some mathematical confusion I tend to have. So applied knowledge?? To answer your questions, I do use my philosophy to improve my understanding of the martial arts my grandfather taught me.

You won't really know until you try. Many people have spectacular ideas, but they're too afraid to touch a pen (or keyboard) and put them into action. Most ideas just sit in the minds for years, weighing on their minds (including me before I decided to write fiction). But there are also those who muster the courage to write and can't stop writing until their fiction is finished.

That's a really interesting way to see it. It's like when I start my gears by reflection. For example, if I wanna study mathematics, imma start reflecting on it as soon as I wake up and it just keep going until I reach flow state.

I don't know if I have ADHD. The only time I went to the hospital is when I was born and when I punctured my skull.
