So, "shit" and "fuck" are okay but C-word and N-word are not?

What constitutes strong language? Do "shit" and "damn" strong enough for the tag? Or only "fuck" and its variations need it?

Bibisco. It’s an offline app, so no internet connection is needed. There’s a free and paid version. I use the paid one (one-time payment), but the free one also has a decent amount of features (character sheets, locations, chapters, auto backup …). Example of the character sheet.
