    Artwork and some problems

You don't have to do exactly like the reference, as long as the anatomy doesn't get too weird, I think it's acceptable. And you made a nice drawing, as someone who also uses the mouse, I know how difficult it is.

    Recommended Software?

Yes, although it's hard, Paint Tool Sai has a Linework that allows you to draw 'easily' with the mouse, since you can control the line after you draw it. Sometimes I draw a sketch by hand, take a photo with the cell phone and then take it to Linework. Without this layer of Linework I wouldn't...

    Recommended Software?

I use Paint Tool Sai, since it is very easy to use and it is possible to make a good drawing even with the mouse.

    Anime style or realistic style?

    Anime style or realistic style?

I had made a cover for my story in realistic style, but I realized that most of the covers here at SH are anime style. So I wanted to know which is the most popular between the two styles.

Can anyone link me some tutorials for complete beginners?

I am a complete beginner in digital art, so I don't have many tips to give, I use the mouse to draw, but as wol said (she said practically everything a beginner needs to know), it's very uncomfortable. One tip I give is, use many references, whenever I have doubts about something, I go on...

    Two Tales

The beginning of every story is like this, always introducing characters and some other things that are important. I don't think it's bad, as long as there are no excessive explanations. If you think that the explanations are too long, you can explain little by little throughout the story...

    Two Tales

The second synopsis "For Camlann" definitely caught my attention. By slow progression, do you mean that the general progress of history is slow? If so, I don't think it matters as long as the story is interesting.

    Advice about multiple POV

That list was just a general idea of the drafts that I had made, if I was going to put them all in the same world, I would remodel them. And about the fifth idea, in addition to having thought it would be a little more original than the others, there is also the fact that I'm new at writing, I...

I understood, I hadn't thought about it. If I'm going to do it, I'll try to put something related to the main story.

I was planning to do something like that. But also using the side characters to explore parts of the world that the MC won't.
