The correct translation would be “死の花が愛して居る" (Shi no Hana ga Aishite iru) ((Aishite= love, dai suki= like very much)). For name I reckon you could go with 死の花を愛する者((Shi no Hana wo Aisuru mono) ((The one who loves the flower of death)) or 死の花が愛した者 ((same as previous but Like this one more))...- Alseki.
