Mastering AI-Directed Writing: The Ultimate Comprehensive Guide

Once I get to writing more scenes I will post them here. The scene I posted earlier is the only scene I had time to dish out, I need to think the other scenes up properly and it takes time.

Mastering AI-Directed Writing: The Ultimate Comprehensive Guide

True, it takes a lot of effort to set it up, but it's a creative endeavour in itself, making the entire context and lore of the world from scratch? Imagine if everyone did that before they started writing and had readable and accessible notes for quick skimming? Cut the AI portion out of it and...

Mastering AI-Directed Writing: The Ultimate Comprehensive Guide

If you use it by default without the bread and butter prompt? Coherence is trash, repetition is everywhere, positive bias is everywhere. It handles dialogue very well, and prompting it each time requires a clean conversation, the prompt of the user must be sent only once per conversation. I...

Mastering AI-Directed Writing: The Ultimate Comprehensive Guide

I would love to see the data you have gathered to support this, what models have you used? What prompting method? What system prompt? What context? Even if you wanted it all gone, the floodgates are already open and you can't stop people from using it to write. By sharing this method for others...

Mastering AI-Directed Writing: The Ultimate Comprehensive Guide

To use the method I proposed in the topic you need to have this specifically in order to use it (why use AI if you aren't creative or original at all?). This method only replaces need for vocabulary and prose, the rest is up to the user of the method. Self-expression is required.

Mastering AI-Directed Writing: The Ultimate Comprehensive Guide

Difficulty Level: EXTREME. This guide will challenge you as an author from the ground up, exercising this method with AI will improve you as an author if you are just starting out as one. This guide is to be used for this LLM family: Claude 3 Sonnet, Opus. Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Opus+. Haiku can be...

    AI Summaries

Give my first chapter a test run read (all parts of 3k words ea a try), and give me some ideas on how I could turn these into chapters. What I do: 1. I write a chapter (doesn't matter the length). 2. I use a script to divide it into 3k word parts and add a continuation indicator at the end...

    AI Summaries

My novel is already posted on SH as Sunshine and Rainbows. Soon enough I will make a post so vile (with AI, for AI), that the entire community will demonize, it will be amazing to see the shitshow that will occur when I post it, considering people are a 'bit fed up with the mass embrace of AI'.

*sigh*, you can use this bot to summarize an entire novel (that's how big my chapters can get). Here, eat up 53,341 words: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1M4jRvlfxoY-TIeMu_Ht2hVM8FxjLMKvKCB-Is0kb6fE/edit?usp=sharing You're all used to writing (conventional) modern literature, so you're...

    AI Summaries

I went ahead and modified the sys prompt for my own usecase since the bot I offered here was more generic and less accurate because it's not adapted to any novel in particular. I suggest others who are using AI to write summaries do the same by adding/modifying this line in the system prompt:

The subject matter of this topic was to help people summarize their chapters quickly, not judge my approach to writing, this entire topic has been derailed, lol.

So I don't go back to read chapters this big to check on previously presented information in the story. It takes around 20-30 minutes to read a 70k chapter. It's a lot of work to go back to a chapter and re-read it, lol. Since when do we glorify mundane activities just for the sake of them...

    AI Summaries

Hello, So, since I HAVE to use AI to summarize my chapters because they are too big (20-70k+ words), I have been fighting an uphill battle with it until today, I have finally managed to create a system prompt for a bot that delivers nearly perfect summaries of chapters that are that big (for...

Got 1 star because of a comment in forum.

I think you're all over reacting, yeah the rating system is fully abusable and we're basically illegal chinese immigrants working in a factory for free, but it is what it is right? Both RR and SH use the same systems because late-stage capitalism enables suffering /s.
