Well it depend, sometimes you want to start with a Promise(letting the reader know what your story is going to be/setting the theme or tone/plot foreshadowing.), then character introduction. This come to being the exposition problem, well its hard afterall to make it interesting.

How about just closed the business as soon as possible and find another job? You're going to lose money anyway, just retired somewhere or start another business in another country.

Its not the icing on the cake, if the characters didn't exist, the show would have lack most of the interesting part, same goes the other way around. I would describe it more like the character is the sugar and salt and Saitama is the flour and egg. Miss any of this the show would have fall apart.

If this story was all about saitama one-shotting them, the comedy would have live short. Like I said, Its the character, King being misunderstood, Genos and Bang(and a lot of them) being a well-written characters, even the villain.

You can use this technique where you write the ending of your story and work your way there. It's easier to have a clear goal than vaguely write your way through.

If you don't want to make the resurrection feel like 'it happen because a god did it and the author demand it', make sure there is a huge cost doing so, like really huge, like if you resurrected someone, Amashilama will die or something(the same level as that.) (P.S. if you use an insignificant...
