I didn't realise you wrote Crystal beast which if I remember correctly is among the first stories I read on scribblehub a few years ago.

The protagonist from my main story would probably lose... considering I'm not sure if she can actually jump... if she can it's probably not well.

For me I think I love LOTR so much because of the lore. Tolkien wrote a world with thousands of years of detailed lore and even multiple languages. Earlier this year I read The Fall Of Nunenor, its basically a history book detailing Numenorian history from its beginning to end, even geography...
