Looking at my current non-existent motivation towards art since I have been writing for a bit. My goal seems to be speedrunning as I rush to place lines and colours. Well, I guess I cannot expect much when I place so little effort into them, heh.

Has anyone reached a point where they go to the chapter editor, stare at it and somehow expect words to type out by themselves magically? I am totally mixing my unreal expectations with the painful reality at the moment. Don't mind me.

Is this why my art is bad? The fact that I often end up using only 3 layers for some reason. :sweating_profusely:

I am feeling two different types of genres here. The pretty cute hot boys (often with long hair cause long hair is always better than short though a pain to maintain) vs the muscle-muscle muscles darumas. The topic seems to be in congruence but I sense a disturbance in the force.

Every time I go to the artist section, I come upon this legendary thread that I know what to expect. Furries and whatnot, bewb, ass, thicc muscles. This is to be honest not my cup of tea, but I just end up clicking inside anyways and reading the entire thread from the point where I last stopped...

Yeah, it depends on how free you are and commenting huh. I did finish up CCG MTLs in about 2-3 weeks and that is about 3k chapters though no comments. Knowing how many different novels I have read, I probably long breached 100k chapters from various sources.

It depends on how you read really and what type of books. Stories with surface-level plots are stories which I generally read long chapters (3k+) in like 5 minutes of less, the reason is that I can skip most of the chunky text since I know there is nothing to look out for/comprehend. Serious...
