There's no announcement for it, whoever is leading the moment of silence just begins talking about whatever, and that's the cue that the moment of silence is over. Like, they will say, "Let us have a moment of silence for...." Then silence. Then, "Alright, today we're here to....." Or whatever.

There's also Atomic Scribbler. Most similar to Quoll Writer, I would say: https://www.atomicscribbler.com/ Only thing that kept me from using this (and QW) was it doesn't have commenting like Scrivener does (which has comments like Word).

I do like the built in timer in Quoll Writer, but I find it odd that typewriter scrolling is only in distraction-free mode, but I can't find an option to turn it on in regular tabbed mode. I need my typewriter scrolling, lol.

I haven't installed Manuskript yet. What I don't like about Quoll Writer is that there seems to be too many button clicks to do what I would normally do in Scrivener, I think because Quoll Writer likes using popup boxes so much, like for notes. I still need to try Wavemaker too. But I'm so used...
