I think in terms of story genres, it's about the physical gender? So genderbent guy (=female) + guy wouldn't be boyslove... Probably?

Lots of artists are very willing to do commissions if you just ask and it can get quite cheap depending on the style you want :) from my experience, theres enough artists that would go 15-30 per character (depending on full body or waist etc) or even cheaper if they want moneeeyyy :'D
