@Hopetoread same thing happens to me sometimes... when I don't have a good sleep, I get headache...a persistent one...Sometimes sleep doesn't come easily, but I think you should still close your eyes instead of looking at your phone...Try to tire yourself with sth and take nap in the afternoon...
