Writing helped me process come to terms with my own trauma and emotions and gave me some kind of catharsis. But it does get me down when I don't get views or comments as validation anxiety kicks in. Bottom line, t'was an enjoyable journey.

I suppose it is my characters, which are actually projections of parts of myself, which embody the hopes I have towards life. What started as a form of escapism and wish-fulfillment has now become a form of therapy.
