You can just use Word's replace function to switch between the two. ^p is one enter. ^p^p is two enters. Find and replace all. Enable special expression on the options first though

Yeah, I don't think I can do it on my own and make it look good. Still looking! This is the best I got. I used Scribus by the way not GIMP. GIMP is not ideal for it. In retrospect, I should've known to use a publishing software instead of an image editor.
