Ye, understandable. Physical server is located in Germany, however it has a very, very robust connection to basically anywhere. So unless your own ISP is doing something crappy, or you are connecting via satellite, the ping should be always below 80ms.

I know that. You could post translations there too. But as people started abusing the system and not reporting them, so those titles can be hidden from main site to not hog the space from originals, and even started posting translations as their own work... Yeah.
