I gotta lock in and watch this thread. I could use some of these tips and tricks.

Honestly I don't care. I just want people to enjoy what I write. I mean sure getting a Manga or an anime made of it would be amazing but that's not exactly realistic. I also wish to be more transparent with my readers.

Nope. I do the same thing, I mat be biased towards the US anthem but "The rockets red glare" is pretty fire for a poem turned into a anthem.

I can't draw at all and I'm only using AI for my cover so I'm just going to let the reader believe what the characters look like.

Timing is off but chapter 4 is out

I write the entire chapter first, then I do a manual spell check and grammar fixes. After that, I put the text into an AI or Grammarly for a secondary check, then finally I get a friend(s) to read it and make sure everything adds up. That's my simple process, which is why I probably make so many...

To the authors. Do you really care about the word count in a chapter or an arc? Or do you focus on getting the story across in a good way? I'm stuck between the two, but so far I'm trying to learn towards just getting a good story out there.
