Depends on how rich you are. Since there's no income taxes you need to sit down and file, they make you pay VAT (Value-Added-Tax) on the groceries and stuff you buy in stores, what you import/export, and on property that you own. So basically if you're a normal guy with a 9-5 job? Hell no. But...
