I believe @l8rose meant hearing the high frequency buzzing from electronics, not tinnitus. The noise is from electrical components vibrating (which is generally at or above the highest pitch a human can hear), while tinnitus is a medical thingo.
I happen to be one of those people. The only way it isn't yuri is if the futa's gender identity isn't female (or maybe some flavours of enby)
Physical characteristics are not the basis of lesbianism.
Does this not show that they are more in need of help? I don't know their experience with royal road, but regardless I don't want them to feel like they need to remove their work and waste all the effort put into it.
No matter how the situation, I still think it is important. For me at least...
The reason for this change isn't to cause harm to the writers, but prevents legal action harming the site.
I think either I'm completely wrong, or I am right thinking you've misunderstood.
What would be put in place is just stopping authors to post patreon to read ahead for fanfics. Not any way...
I'm sure that isn't the intent here. All this discussion was about was limiting the ability to show a patreon or similar site to prevent illegal monetization.
I am truly sorry for what you've dealt with, but nothing has changed here. But even if it does, you're going to be fine as long as you...
Isn't he just saying that making money from fanfiction is illegal and as such there should be measure in place to prevent it?
So long as you aren't putting fanfiction chapters onto a patreon this shouldn't make anyone's life worse.
I just hope, if this is added. That there is a system put in place to show if they have permission from the copyright holder. It shouldn't punish the fanfiction writers who do get permission to monetize.
You always should make the first chapters the best you can. But if you want to work on a rewrite for a large number of chapters? Wait until the story has made it to a stopping point. Such as the end of a book or arc, don't leave your readers waiting for a rewrite most won't look at.
