No, he is created by one of Momomga's friends. I did say that he was created by one of the members of Momomga's guild after all. He is an additional non-playable character created on top of the ones existed in canon.

Ithink he beca I do not remember what type of non-playable character he became, but I am sure that he did not take the place of any of the characters that appeared in canon.
