I once searched it on "knowyourmeme" about it, years ago. Basically, there is a TV show or smthg, where a guy put a "DEAD DOVE" inside the fridge. And sticker it with "Dead dove inside, do not eat" So basically this sentence became a meme as an interesting warning.
