Maybe it's because the fame and cruelty of the witches and shamans in the Spire Reef were well-known and greatly exaggerated? So, why is it not the full rewards?

@Nahrenne Why are the rewards for the Fuyu Machi a lot higher than Spire Reef? Shouldn't it be the other way around? Spire Reef is more dangerous to traverse and come back than Fuyu Machi. At least as of now.

The location was for the Tears of God, the Warring Clans I think still is a mystery.

Warring Clans that chased after the Nomad's Bow in the Nomad Bow Mystery and the Tears of God storyline that Luna and Nene saw the unidentified object fell from the sky. An old storyline that I had been slowly playing with.

Oh, then where is the warring clans then? I'm confused between the two.
