Words can refer to multiple things, which makes translations a bit of a pain. I think it actually means, damage goes up by 50% but I won’t know...

    The Altered Form is busted. With a drawback. While it can take on a room full of enemies. Unlike switching with another character, your HP and MP does not recover. So you’ll have to manage it while you fight, plus it is weak to lightning. Though, that really isn’t an issue with what it offers.
