We can agree that not all readers come from the same age group. I like that you had some points on preventing abuse of the author also. Some commentators sometimes I don't always know what to say right away when their comments are a bit confrontational.

Well a real romance wouldn't ignite instantly in most cases. It takes time for it to 'grow' and be rooted properly. So your ideas have merit.

I agree with you. The worst part of a story is... when you stayed up reading it and then you feel sad because there's nothing else to read.

You have to watch out also in that sometimes a site can decide they have enough people to go clean. And then they'll change the policy. Or an ownership change. Honestly its not worth looking over your shoulder anymore. You have to protect yourself and the story.
