Mid chapter POV swaps are the bane of people like me who use a screen reader to listen to stories. It never picks up the fancy splitter people use to show the pov swap, and backing up an audio is more of a pain than scrolling up on a screen to do a double take.

Well if it is a biological strain of zombies, then fighting fire with fire might be an option. I'd head down to the mortuary and start cultivating flesh eating bacteria. Insects might be a viable option as well. A large colony of ants can turn a corpse into a skeleton in weeks.
