    Writing Style

I plot a beginning, and an end. For the volume as a whole, and the arc that I'm currently on. Then I jot down some ideas of what I want to happen in the middle of the start and final. Like important milestones and developments, and fights, for the characters. Then, I go with the flow for...

    Writing Prompt Destruction

At a certain point, its best my hands be cut off, and I just simply use prosthetics.

How do you come up with names?

I look at the character's description, mannerisms, and personality, and make a fitting name based on all of that. Well, most of the time its like that. Sometimes, I make a name opposite of what you'd expect them to be called, simply because its interesting, catches attention, or makes the...

    How to overcome Writer's Block?

I overcome writer’s block from taking a break from writing whatever I’m stuck on, and just reading other people’s works. Usually, at some point, seeing amazing stories pushes me further.

How do you guys fight against who is nimble and agility-based?

Nimbleness is useless if their hits do nothing or next-to-nothing, as well, or if they can't even reach or see you. Then, all you really have to do is wait for them to tire and attack. Though, of course, the obvious tactic of stopping their movement is usually the best and fastest solution.

How do one shots get so many views

New novels section. Recently updated section. Followers of the author, from other works of theirs, also reading the one shot. Some advertising. (Some authors may post an author's note on a series of theirs with views already, pointing to the one-shot.) Luck.

    Knowing the system [litRPG]

Sounds interesting, taboo or not. Though I doubt it's a taboo, it's more that it's frankly easier to explain a system to a reader, as the story continues, if the MC themselves doesn't know it much. I.e introducing things as the MC is introduced to them.

Cultivator in RPG world - choose your MC xD

Ah then that makes sense, if that’s the way cultivation works in your, well, universe.

Cultivator in RPG world - choose your MC xD

The first one is the one most likely to turn people off from the story. (1) The logic of a cultivator reaching as high as he did while still remaining like that and (2) Most people might just find him innately childish, or dumb. It’s not exactly fun to watch a kid bumble his way through...

    Your purpose for writing?

That’s only if your goal is making yourself the protagonist of a fiction. As much as many wish-fulfillment stories exist, there exists stories that are at an opposite end. Merely there to tell a story and nothing more. I mean, most of my main characters aren’t even the same gender as me. I...

    Magic

I have such a system in the world of my novel RATH. An individual who is able to wield what I call ‘True Magic’ has the ability to tap into and borrow the power of two elements from the world. And each element is connected to a certain characteristic. People who value freedom will more than...

    Preference of Writing Methods

Typer. Plus, it's easier to switch between research and writing. As well as the fact that my book's information on characters, the world, future plans for arcs and chapters, and so much more is already neatly organized in a software. So switching between that and typing is also near-seamless.

[Discussion] What is "Don't like, Don't read"?

It's basically a preface to a set of text, warning and cautioning against potential readers who could become potential haters that they should not read the story/text if they don't find it appealing to their taste i.e don't like it. Usually, its placed there if the individual who wrote the thing...

    Similarities of novel sites?

In my opinion, Some exists as purposeful duplicates in case one site goes down, through legal or whatever other means. Others might exists solely as a money scheme, especially if they are overly similar to another; which could even possibly be the result of sharing the same database, pretty...
