There is always a chance for an error. But we have multiple eyes going over it before it is reported. So we are always sure that what we report is indeed a translation. If we aren't 100% certain that it is a translation, we do not report. No idea. Possibly some automated systems Tony...

Maybe try reporting the affected work and explain the situation there. It uses different path of communication, so might have higher chance of getting fixed. All reported titles (translations) are being taken care of multiple times a day, so...
